Holding Yourself Gently Workshop
Join me for a nurturing, creative exploration of self-compassion and gentle self holding through somatic awareness and paper-based art. In this workshop, we will use simple, expressive art techniques to express our identified felt sense.
No art expertise required-to deepen our connection with ourselves, soften inner criticism, and cultivate a sense of care from within.
We will explore how our bodies hold stories of tenderness and resilience. Using paper based art mediums (supplies included) you’ll be invited to express, release and embody self-compassion in a way that feels authentic and nourishing to you.
