I offer one-to-one sessions and group workshops designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust and ease.

Whether you are seeking personalized support or the shared experience of a group setting, these offerings provide a safe, attuned space to explore somatic practices that promote healing, self awareness, and embodied self compassion.

This is an invitation to slow down, tune in and shift to bloom into your full self.

Embodied Compassion
1:1 Session

$90

Customized, one to one sessions, we explore gentle somatic practices that will guide you through exercises and techniques that focus on helping you become more aware of your body sensations and emotions. By paying attention to these sensations, you can begin to notice patterns of physical responses to emotional activations and develop a practice of tuning into what the body is communicating. By doing so, you can learn to release any blocked or pent-up energy in your body that may be contributing to emotional issues or physical pain.

It is a process and as such each session builds from the last. By working with your somatic practitioner regularly and committing to the process, you can expect to develop new coping mechanism and more resiliency through emotional overwhelm or shut down.
