Somatic practice is the about acknowledging your body’s felt sense- the language of sensation, movement, and presence. Rooted in neuroscience, polyvagal theory and somatic psychology it supports regulations within the nervous system, releasing stored tension and trauma. It recognizes that our experiences, emotions, and histories live in the body. This not only shapes the stories we tell about our lives but also how we show up in the world.
